Built by a Technician Who Got Tired of the Industry
In 2009, founder Marcus Cole was a senior HVAC technician watching homeowners get overcharged, misled, and sold systems they didn't need. He'd seen companies quote $8,000 replacements on systems that needed a $180 capacitor. He'd seen "certified" technicians who hadn't touched a training manual in a decade.
So he started ArcticFire with a single service truck, a commitment to upfront pricing, and a rule he still enforces today: never recommend a repair or replacement you wouldn't put in your own home.
Fifteen years later, ArcticFire has grown to 22 technicians, three service hubs across Denver Metro, and a 4.9-star rating built entirely on word-of-mouth and repeat customers. The trucks are newer. The team is bigger. The rule hasn't changed.
